The changing character of judicial review jurisdiction under the constitutional and statutory order in Kenya

The following is an article by Elisha Ongoya, an Advocate of the High Court and a Lecturer of the Law.

On August 27, 2010, the people of Kenya adopted, enacted and gave a constitution to themselves and to their future generations. The said Constitution came with certain guarantees for the people of Kenya.
